Terms of Use for UGG TV ZONE

c. Billing Cycle:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use UGG TV ZONE for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

b. Prohibited Conduct:

  • You agree not to:

7. Disclaimers

a. No Warranty:

  • UGG TV ZONE is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

b. Limitation of Liability:

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, UGG TV ZONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Platform by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
